Service Centre

Moullie Point Village features a service centre, located on the premises with friendly and professional staff who offer our guests the following services - meet on arrival, assist with check-in, booking tours, airport transfers and car hire. The service centre is equipped with a computer with internet exclusively for our guests.

Reception Hours : 08h00 – 19h00 (Summer) | 08h00 - 18h00 (Winter)
Late arrivals can be arranged at an additional charge after hours.

Uber Taxi Service

We now offer an Uber booking service to our guests. The service carries a minimum booking fee of R 20 and can be requested from reception.


The 24-hour security service includes CCTV coverage and a guard on duty.

Control Room

Mouille Point Village is part of the Village n Life Group who offers all guests access to the 24 hour Village n Life control room. The control has direct access to the senior management of Village n Life, Embassy or Consulate offices, and other essential and emergency contacts.

Guests are welcome to hand in their laundry by 10am, together with a laundry list at the reception desk. It normally takes 24 hours and can either be collected or a staff member will gladly return it to the apartment. Laundry services are offered at an additional cost.


Our dedicated and supervised housekeeping team provides a daily refresh service from Monday to Saturday, as well as a linen and towel change after every 4th night. Housekeeping can be arranged on request on Sundays and public holidays, at an additional charge.

Guest Amenities

On arrival all guests are offered a range of guest amenities. For your convenience we supply all the basic toiletries and necessities for the first night of stay.


Our maintenance guy Clifford Dumile started with the company in February 2014. Clifford is always ready and willing to do anything and everything. He loves a new challenge and cannot wait to start new projects.
